I also like the blue and yellow color palette better, it feels more like one all together. I think if you added more yellow and green and maybe a different pink it could work.
i agree the 2nd one is better the pink is too strong when compare to the b/w type on 3rd one so the way you do the 2nd one is better you may try other color palette using that method if you want
I think the reason why 2nd one is hard to look is because of white dash-line on the letter 'sum' . I would change the color of dash-line to darker color, not white, or similar color with pink color..?
I think the Blue and Yellow Color Palette works better than the Pink/Blue palette. But I think this is very much a final and successful Poster design.

like the blue one, the pink is too bright compare to the light blue background
